SUMMARY:Santa Visit Day! - Santa Run 2022
DESCRIPTION:This year we are planning on putting together 1\,000 “goody bags” to have SANTA hand out in the White Bluff\, Rye Hill\, Jenny Lind and Shadow Lake communities that comprise our Fire District. \nWe are a 100% volunteer non-profit fire department that is seeking your help in making this event possible. \nDuring our annual SANTA VISIT\, the Firefighters\, Emergency Medical Personnel\, Ladies Auxiliary and Junior Firefighters from the White Bluff – Rye Hill Volunteer Fire Department\, take SANTA CLAUS\, aboard the fire trucks\, throughout the area handing out goody bags to kids and adults alike\, in order to promote the Christmas spirit\, fire safety and prevention and to display our fire trucks and firefighting equipment. This event has grown every year for the past 30+ years\, and is something the people in the area really look forward to each Christ-mas. It is funded by donations from area businesses and individuals\, and the flyer we send out in all of the “goody bags”\, has a list of the people and businesses who have contributed to the annual event. \n  \nIf you or your business would like to donate and help out with our annual Santa Claus Visit (which will be held on December 4th\, 2022) please feel free to contact any of our volunteers or email us at whitebluffryehillfire@gmail.com and we will get back to you! All trucks will leave Station B for their Santa Visit routes at 12:00 NOON.

It is these extra donations that allow us to continue to make drastic improvements to the fire department and the services that we can offer. The White Bluff – Rye Hill\, Shadow Lake\, and Jenny Lind areas continue to be rapidly growing communities\, and it is our goal to keep pace with that growth through the emergency services we provide to our friends and neighbors in our coverage area and beyond. Our department has transformed over the years from providing only Firefighting Services to providing Emergency Medical Services\, Auto Extrication\, Search and Rescue Operations\, and Community Fire Safety Programs. We cannot do this without DEDICATED VOLUNTEERS and DEDICATED COMMUNITY MEMBERS.
